Subscription terms

Simple terms for joining live meditation with Eveliina. Please read these together with the plan and billing details shown when you subscribe.

Who provides Ilo

Ilo Meditation is provided by Huggin Oy, Finland, Business ID 3476183-6. Postal address: Lyökkiniemi 18B as 1, 02160 Espoo, Finland. Questions, cancellations and complaints: hello@ilomeditation.com.

Your membership

Essential includes the Friday live sessions in Finnish and English. Limitless includes all sessions in the published weekly schedule. We send session information and Zoom links by email. Membership covers live sessions; a video archive is not included. You need a suitable device and internet connection. Any charge from your internet or telephone provider is your responsibility.

Plans and billing

Consumer prices include applicable VAT. Your checkout displays the total, billing interval and any trial before you confirm. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew each month until cancelled. Annual billing is not offered for new subscriptions. Stripe processes payments. Changes between plans may involve prorated charges or credits as shown in the change confirmation.

Two ways to try Essential

Email-only Free Trial: 30 days of complimentary Essential access, with no card and no automatic charge. Access is activated by our periodic membership routine, so it may not appear immediately after signup. The trial ends 30 days after signup; you choose a paid subscription if you want to continue. It is intended as one introductory trial per person.

Essential subscription trial: if a free trial is offered in paid checkout, its length and first payment date are shown there. This is a renewing subscription: cancel before the first charge to avoid payment. Do not assume an email-only trial and a paid checkout trial are the same arrangement. Limitless has no standard introductory free-trial promise.

Stopping renewal

You can cancel renewal through your member account or email hello@ilomeditation.com. If the account controls do not work, email us before renewal and keep your message as confirmation of your request. We will confirm the effective cancellation date. Normally access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling renewal does not by itself refund past payments or the unused portion of a prepaid period, except where your withdrawal rights, service problems or applicable law provide otherwise.

Withdrawing from an online purchase

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the service contract without giving a reason. This is separate from stopping future renewal. Use our online withdrawal form, or send a clear notice to hello@ilomeditation.com or the postal address above. Include your name, membership email and enough information to identify the purchase. You do not have to use a particular wording.

We will acknowledge your notice and make any refund due without undue delay and within 14 days, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. If you expressly requested that a service begin during the withdrawal period, a proportionate amount for service already supplied may be payable only where the legal conditions for that deduction are met. Joining a session does not by itself waive your statutory rights. Any longer or additional mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Schedule and service changes

Session times are stated in Helsinki time unless clearly marked otherwise. Use the current weekly email for any holiday changes or cancellations. If we cannot deliver a session, we will let you know as soon as practicable. Contact us about missed service; we will provide an appropriate remedy where required, such as a replacement session, credit or refund. Material changes to a paid plan or its price will be communicated in advance and will not be imposed retroactively on a period already paid for.

A considerate shared space

You are welcome with your camera and microphone off. Please respect other participants and do not record, redistribute session content or post member Zoom links publicly. We may remove someone who disrupts a session or compromises others' privacy. Meditation is offered for general wellbeing, not as medical or psychological treatment. Participate in a way that feels comfortable and stop if you need to.

Questions and disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Finnish consumers can also contact Consumer Advisory Services and, if needed, the Consumer Disputes Board. Finnish law applies, without taking away mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence or your right to bring a claim in a competent court. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
